Clicking when making turns is (almost) always an outer CV joint.

Inspect the outer CV boots for any rips/tears in the boot or any lubricant leaking.
The boots protect the metal parts of the CV joint, if the boots gets torn/ripped, water will get into joint and wash away the lubricant eventually causing metal to metal contact.
In extreme cases the joint will fail (break or sieze, possibility causing loss of control of vehicle.
