2002 Chevy Malibu engine light on

Can you tell me why my engine light is on. Always tell me why my temperture gauge is not moving when the car get warm.

You need to go to Autozone or CSK/O'Reilly and have then test the PCM and get back with the code(s).

Temp gauge not moving is caused by either faulty coolant sending unit or coolant temp sensor, broken said sensor connector, or bad gauge.
