2002 Chevy Malibu changing rotors

We are trying to take the old rotors off to replace them, but the bolts on the back of the rotor bracket will not come off, is there any way of getting these to come out without damaging anything?

try lubricating it with some WD40 before attempting to loosen the bolts.
