It sounds like the alternator is getting ready to fail due to the battery starting to go bad. What happens is the battery plates become oxidized and refuse to charge which overloads the alternator. Here are some guides that will ehlp you get the problem fixed.

You will need to remove the serpentine belt first.

Here is how to replace the alternator on your car (below)
Tighten
Tighten the generator bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft) .
Tighten the generator nuts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft) .
