Transmission problem
2002 Chevy Malibu Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles

Just got my car checked after reaching 100000 miles. The problem I have wasnt there before I got it checked. Now, everytime it changes gears, from park to either reverse or drive, it thuds and and seems like a rough gear shift. When driving, and changes gears, it is the same problem, just not as violent feeling, but still noticeable. It drives smoothly otherwise, just the gears shifting thud.

is it more of a noise or can you feel it more. see if they did something with the motor mounts. did they perform anything with the transmission
