2001 Chevy Malibu smell coming from front of car

After my car has been running there is a smell of plastic burning, you can smell it inside and outside of the car. Do you know what that could be?

Check your exhaust and see if there is a plastic bag stuck on the pipes. Also look around and see if you see any burnt plastic around the car

Just to thrown this out there.

The intake manifold gaskets are common to leak and oil and or coolant maybe getting onto the exhaust and giving off an odor. Granted it isn't plastic but might be mistaken for that depending on how good your smeller is.
