2001 Chevy Malibu how to use it?

i have a chevy malibu 2001 ls and the other day i was to change the anti-freezer but i see on the cap... and it says: use dex-cool, coolant only... and my questions is do i have to mixed with water or just use the coolant, or buy the dex-cool there is already 50/50

dex cool is simply a type of coolant, you can get it premixed or you can get it full strenght then add your own distilled water.
