2001 Chevy Malibu Dim headlight

I was in a car accident, and just fixed my car. But, now my right head light is dim, and i replaced the plugs and bulbs...i think it may be a ground wire, but im not sure if it is or where it would be..and help?

follow the wire harness from the headlight if you can and the ground should be on teh same panel that the radiator mounts to. Clean the cable end and make sure it is mounted tight as it may not even be mounted
