Whenever I step on the brakes I get a noise that sounds similar to rusted springs in the front driver side. The weird thing is that this happens even when I am at a stop and car is in Parking. I have had a few mechanics look at it and they can't figure it out. Other than the noise I have not had any problems. But it is driving me crazy. Any ideas?

There is a lube that your local dealer has to install on the brake caliper piston boot. This is common and I know how you feel. The nosie bothered me 2. Call them they can help you out

Yes you can purchase the lube and do it yourself, or buy new calipers

Thanks, I actually found an article that describes this issue to a T including the name of the lubricant and a diagram on how to do it. Actually my brother has the same exact problem with a Grand Am. I think I'm going to go with this versus the caliper. It should only take me a few minutes and is much cheaper!

Thx!
