2000 Chevy Malibu Horn doesn't work

The horn on my 2000 malibu stopped working. It stuck on after using it. Pulled to side of road and shut car off, looked for the fuse and started pulling the cover off the steering wheel. The horn finally shut off but has never worked since. I have looked for a fuse but none are labeled for the horn.

Most likely a relay is stuck. Look in engine compartment for horn relay in main fuse/relay box.
