Is a blown head gasket and/or bad intake manifold specifically an "engine" issue, or is it a cooling issue. I recently bought a used car and it keeps overheating. It may be covered under limited warranty if it is classified as an "engine" problem.

yes its an engine issue, have it looked at before further damage occurs
