2000 Chevy Malibu

i have a bad co2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 wanted to know if u could tell me where this sensor is located. i have been told its easy to get to but noone seems to be able to tell me where it is. would greatly appreciate if you could tell me as i need to get car inspected soon and will not pass inspection with this problem. thank you

would be the first sensor, on the side of the engine that has the #1 cylinder.

cant be more specific since you ahvnt given me any information on the engine type.
