My horn some times works and also my airbag light went on and then shut off?

i would bet the clock spring is bad. thats the only thing the 2 share in common. the clock spring is located under steering wheel and is basicall a coil of wire that lets wiring go to air bag and horn contacts while the steering wheel is turning.
