2000 Chevy Malibu air intake sensor

Air intake sensor has been replaced. Check engine light goes out for about a day and then returns. Code on diagnostics reads P0113. Replacement of the sensor didn't cure the problem. What else could be the problem?

lightly pull on the wires at the sensor, you will probably find one of the wires is broken inside the insulation. they sell replacement plugs that you can wire in. hope this helps
