When the vehicle sits we go out to start it and it rolls over for several seconds before starting. After it is started it runs fine with no power loss or spitting or sputtering. If we let the car sit for a bit the same problem occurs. I have put in an iac valve and an air temperature but no fix. I have put new spark plugs and wires with no fix. What could the problem be

Test the coolant temperature sensor and the fuel pump relay

I have seen dirty throttle bodys, do this. Clean injection system, But around butterfly mainly. If check engine light is on must repair as needed.
