my car shuts off when i come to a complet stop or sitting at idle and sometimes when driving.i asked a auto tec.i know he siad it could be a fuel pump or the fues box conector.

Could be a fuel pressure problem/idle air control valve/throttle position sensor and a cracked open EGR valve
