I recently had to replace the starter in the car. I found starters online from $80 to $110, and I was informed the dealership had one avalible with a lifetime warrenty for $159.99. Should a remanufacted starter cost $259.99 for a mechanic and additional chargers for instilation?

Thank you,
Eric

Eric:
I would call around. I'm sure you can find a reman for much less than that. Also, they are not hard to replace. If you want to do it yourself, let me know and I explain how.
