1999 Chevy Malibu no steering

I drove this car last night came home it was working fine turned off car it got real cold last night got up next morning started up the car had no power steering at alll can you tell me what could be the problem

Check the power steering fluid level, make sure the belt is not broke and still on the pump, if its not at the full level fill it, start it and check for leaks. Hope it helps

You might have air in the line or your pump went out. Try to bleed out the system, if that dont work, they are not real dificult to change, you can get one fairly cheap at your local salvage yard.
