Electrical problem
1999 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i checked all the fuses and they are fine.. but my dash lights wont come onalong with my heating and cooling panel lights, also my horn doesnt work?!?!?! an ideas what the problem is?

does the radio work and do the gauges work ok
