1999 Chevy Malibu High beams work but low beam just on driv

My low beams on my driver side are not working, not even the running lights or the fog lights on the driver side. I have tried changing the light bulbs and changing the wire to the lightbulb. Nothing has worked and I need my lights to work. What can I do to fix it without costing me a ton of money? The lights on the passenger side work perfectly.

Maybe a bad ground connection. Look at the headlamp plug should be a black wire follow if you can to see if it connects to car body. If you can't get a jumper wire and jump to ground.
