How much (parts and labor) estimate would it cost to replace a Head Gasket Set?

It will probably cost you way too much to be worth it. You're better off purchasing a used motor with about 50,000 miles and having it installed. (Total cost will be a little higher than a head gasket replacement *$1,200*)

The reason you don't want to bother replacing your head gaskets is because your motor has 160K miles on it and if you already blew 1/both head gaskets, then you don't know what shape the rest of your motor is in. (Probably terrible)

And with a used motor, you'll get at least a 12 month/12K mile warranty.
