1999 Chevy Malibu

The power windows, air conditioner, and rear window defroster do not work. Check engine light is on. Everything else works.

As for the power windows, use a voltage tester at the power window circuit breaker. Check for trouble codes. Some of the national brand autostores used to check codes for free.
