1998 Chevy Malibu

I just turned my car and my turning signals don't work. The clicking sounds in the cars don't work and the lights on the outside. Is this an electrical problem with an easy fix?

suspect faulty flasher relay , pulls out like a fuse so its pretty simple and cheap fix.
