i try to start the car and it wont start then the security light comes on and i have to wait 10 min for the light to go off then the car will start right up

some times the brake light and abs light will come on and i cant roll down windows and ac or heater will not work

If the light is staying on, you need to take it to a dealer. They are the only ones that have the proper test equipment to find the problem. As far as the other lights, have them check the ignition switch to make sure it is working properly. It could actually be causing the entire problem.
