1998 Chevy Malibu Starting the car

My car no longer starts on the first try, it is fuel injected I do no give it any gas, but it takes at least 20 minutes and mulitple tries before it starts.

does i seem like it is flooded? you may need to have your fuel pressure checked. also you may have to check the fuel pressure regulator to see if it is leaking. it is located on the fuel rail by the throttle body
