1998 Chevy Malibu P0420, O2S12, P0442, P0300

I recently changed two clogged injectors and it got rid of my multiple misfire (P0300). I also changed the catalytic converter and the P0420 was gone for about three weeks and is back now, along with the O2S12 and the P0442. A little help with this would be highly appreciated. This car has been driving me up the wall. I'm dam near broke with this Malibu.

are you sure the o2 sensor was plugged back in t=when you did the cat converter

I'm not sure but it didn't look like they even unplugged anything. meineke simply cut off the converter and welded another one to the existing pipe.
