1998 Chevy Malibu Engine Idiling

When you come to a stop engine idiling decreases and car stalls if you sit for a little while. Car also accelerated on it's own with foot on brake. I'm confused because there is new plugs,and changed air filter,used carborater throttle cleaner and still have this problem.

Clean and test the idle air control valve and mass airflow sensor and throttle position sensor
