I have a 1997 Chevy Mailbu that squeals. The serpentine belt, the pulley, and the tensioner have all been replaced and it still squeals. I have taken the car to 3 different mecahnics and no one can figure out what the problem is. Can you help?

Pull the serpentine belt out and make sure that all pulleys line up with one another. Spin the pulleys one at a time, you will find the one that is making the racket.
