I am having probems. My car will crank over but it will not start. I have looked at what other people online have said about having a chevy and they have been having problems with the theft light. And my theft light stays on.

Try to start and let go leave key in on position
security light will be blinking and will continue on blinking for about ten or so minutes
leave key on until it stop blinking turn key off and try again you may have to do it 3 times
