Hello, my name is Leah and I just bought my car about a week ago. I just started to hear noises like squeaking but I can only hear it when I drive. Some lady told me that it had something to do with my routers and it wobbles a little bit too, but I have very good brakes the mechanic told me. PLEASE HELP ME I'M ONLY 19 AND I DON'T KNOW ANY THING ABOUT CARS.

It sounds like someone may have done a questionable brake job to it. You may be in for a bit of a repair on the brakes. You'll need to get it inspected. Be sure to tell them about the pulsation (wobbles).
