1997 Chevy Malibu Brake Lights Not Working

Both brake lights and the high stop lamp do not work. Fuse is OK. I am thinking it may be the brake light switch but don't know where it is located but it would seem likely to be under dash. Any other ideas?.

It should be located on the top of the brake pedal. Let me know if you find it.
