1980 Chevy Malibu my car stalls at stops

I have a 350 with a cam it runs good but when i come to a stop my car stalls and my brake pedal gets hard i think i dont have enough vacuum and too much cam what should i buy

Idle speed could be low/an open EGR valve and a malfunctioning PCV valve-also check fuel pressure-
