1969 Chevy Malibu added power booster to 4 wheel drum setup

i added a power booster only to my 69 chevelle and brakes work fine but now the car stalls when taking off and engine shakes when put into drive any
suggestions appreciated

It sounds like there is a vacuum leak. Have you checked the vacuum line and vacuum test the booster?
