Where is the thermostat located?

Where is the thermostat located under the hood? I have a 1998 chevy lumina.

Open the hood and follow the upper radiator hose to a metal housing with 2 bolts on each side of the housing. Remove the upper radiator hose and anything else connected to the housing, remove the 2 bolts. The thermostat is located inside the housing. -Op-
