i have a 94 chevy lumina euro, i just changed the battery out and when i slow down the car dies but starts right back up

clean out the throttle body.Disconnect the battery cables,touch the cables together for about 10 seconds,reconnect the cables.Turn the key on,wait 5 sec.Turn the key off,wait 5 sec. Start the car. This should reset the IAC motor.
