2006 Chevy Lumina AC Turn Off and On by itself

Hi, I had an issue with my car's AC, when i turned the AC on, after couple of minutes letus say 5 minutes it turns Off by itself for 2 secends and back On again, after that it does the same every 2 minutes.

Are you referring to the blower starting and stopping or the compressor?

everything stop working, the AC has a digital screen .. so when it turns OFF everything disappear from the screen, it looks like i didn't turn it ON at all, then after 2 or 3 seconds it back ON again, the screen shows the data again and the fan works again !!

That's either going to be a problem with the power supply coming into the power head or a bad power head itself, probably the latter.
