2006 Chevy Lumina AC Fan

Hello, i would like to know regarding lumina ac fan. While ac is on the second fan normally start working after 30minutes +
but now the second fan turns on and off every minute. is it regarding low level of gas or something else. AC cooling is perfect.

2nd fan?
Do you mean the problem is with the second speed only of the fan

i am not sure if the problem is with the second fan or due to low level of ac gas.
