One question: do you have a security light on/blinking on your dashboard?
I'm asking because your theft deterrent system could be preventing your car from starting.
If the no start condition is not related to the theft deterrent system, you could check for voltage at each components you mentioned + brake safety switch and park/neutral safety switch.
Start at the starter: with someone trying to crank the car (or using a remote starter to crank the car) check for voltage at the starter. If you don't have voltage, check for voltage at the solenoid, then at brake pedal safety switch etc ... you just work your way up in the starting system.
here is something that may help you:
power goes from battery to the ignition switch, then from the ig. switch to park/neutral safety switch, then to the brake pedal safety switch, then to the starter solenoid, then to the starter.
If power doesn't get to the starter, one of this components is faulty or you have a bad connection/ground somewhere.
Also, you mentioned a new battery: are the battery cables tight and clean, is the battery full?
