2001 Chevy Lumina Fans will not work

Heat only blows cold air/temp gauge does not even move/both fans on radiator are not coming on/checked fuses and sensors all ok/ will changing thermo correct problem or what other direction

thermostat is most likely stuck open, need to remove and test it.
