After changing the front strut cartrages on my wifes car I now have this popping or knockig sound in the front end when I turn the wheel when I am stopped or moving very slowly. I think it might be the coil springs moving? if so how do I fix this very anoying sound?

Hi there,

If it is the spring not seated correctly, you will have to remove the strut again and take off the top plate, make sure that the seat rubbers are in good condition and there is no road dirt in the spring seat, ensure that the spring is fully seated and in the correct position re assemble and re fit strut.
