2000 Chevy Lumina Jumps when i go

Whenever i hit the gas no matter how soft or hard i hit it my car jumps when i changes gears....i tried cleaning out the air intake and the main air flow sensor and it helped ALOT for about a day and then it went back to jumping again.....????

Have you checked to make sure the motor mounts are good?

could also be that u need a tune up really bad had the same problem and gave it a tune upand it doesnt doit anymore

If you haven't tuned it up reciently, that would be a good idea.
