2000 Chevy Lumina Constant high pitch whistle

While engine is running there is a high pitch whistle coming from car speakers. It stays on for about 3 sec. after i turn engine off. Help

is this from an AM station???? if so, its interference from the alternator....

FM or Am also whistle sound still there when radio is off.
