how do fix the speedometer cable in this kind of car

First I'd have to know what's wrong with your existing speedo cable. And if there's something wrong with the actual cable, then it's not feasable to try repairing it. Just replace it.

If it's a fitting, then that can be replaced without the entire cable. If it's your speedo itself, then that also can be replaced without the entire cable.
