1999 Chevy Lumina Shifting Hard...Help!

About 2 weeks ago I took my 99 chevy Lumina in & had the Trans. filter & fluid changed, I also had them add Lucas Trans. Treatment. Had them put in 6 quarts of trans. fluid & the one bottle of Lucas trans. treatment......now, it is shifting hard & I heard a whining noise. I want to keep her, she's a project car. So, any advice you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks

since it happened after taking it in to the place i would return it and have them recheck it and see if they missed something.
