1999 Chevy Lumina Replacing the steering wheel

I was trying to replace the blinkers and took off the steering wheel. Now I can't get it back on.

Do you have a steering wheel puller or not if so get one. Also what are you having problem getting on please be more specific I might be able to help you a little more if you can decribe more to me what you are having troubles with. Please reply and let me know so that way I can help you fix this problem Thanks
