I went to get inspection and cgot a code po 141 and rejected. can i fix this oxygen senseor and how do i find its location on the car

On your 1999 Chevrolet Lumina 3.1L SFI OHV , the Oxygen Sensor is located:
Under vehicle, center, below seating area, next to catalytic converter, mounted on exhaust pipe

same location on the 3.8 as well...
