When we bought this car for my son in December, we were shown a car fax and told everything was working on the car. However now that summer is here, the air conditioning is not working and has never worked. We didn't purchase an extra warranty because of what we were told.
We have also spent another $2200 on other repairs since then. (the fuel line and brale lines were so rusted, that they broke while doing other repairs). Did they not see this when they supposedly replaced the brakes before they sold us the car?
My question is do we have any recourse to charge the dealer with some of the repairs?
