I had a friend put brake pads on my car and from day 1 they didn't seem right.( 2 months later I took the pads off and according to diagrams they were not installed properly) How do you know if your calipers are bad or the brake pads were not installed properly

if the brake calipers are frozen / bad then either you will not have brakes at all when pressing the brake pedal OR your brakes will be locked at all times. either way you would feel it long before 2 months of driving it..
