When I step on the pedal the main brake lights do not light. The third light in the rear window does light. None of the turn signals work. The four way flashers work - the bulbs are good, the fuses are good.

Is there a blinker control module, and can that affect the brake lights as well?

You need to get the turn signal switch tested thoroughly it has to go thru here for the brake/turn signal to work
