1998 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 218k miles

I have a 98 Chevy Lumina with 218 K miles, about 6 months ago I had a problem with my windshield wipers sticking and my turn single's would not work, I took it to a shop and they put in a new Turn Single/Wiper siwtch. My turn single now works fine but my windshield wipers stick when I turn on my turn single or move the switch at all. I am clueless, my turn single lights are on and working so there are no short circuits.

it might be a bad ground in either the switch or wiper motor. It could be a poor connection as well.
